Carrie’s role at RE/MAX Lead allows her to bring a broad range of qualities and skills to the business.

Strongly people-focussed, Carrie forges relationships with sellers and buyers, investors, landlords and tenants.

Through her business acumen, she powers RE/MAX Lead with office management, business development, human resources and recruitment, while having a major focus in property management and being active in sales.

With high-level negotiation and communication skills, problem-solving and strategy, Carrie adds value in the investor experience, which is further enhanced by her financial expertise and property investment and business consulting.

Carrie has a finance and accountancy degree, she has held senior positions in property management and business consulting, and was a Logistics Consultant for Maersk, an international shipping company, one of the largest container operators in the world.

She and Tom Leng established Witz Holdings, an independent property consultancy, in 2009 and the successful property management consultancy, Estar, in 2014. As these companies matured, Carrie and Tom choses to partner with a global real estate brand to bring opportunities to foster business with their home country, China, as well as the broader overseas market.

They opened RE/MAX Lead in 2022, a merging of Witz Holdings and Estar, and quickly established its presence in the Sydney North Shore suburbs.
